AOP alignment

LBNL: 4/30/25, Modelica Buildings Library ready for first OpenStudio workflow from Spawn that includes an auto-sized HVAC system.

Sizing

Draft specification at https://lbl-srg.github.io/soep/softwareArchitecture.html.

Kyle to work this week on fixing code.

Pending: If Modelica askes for sizing of a zone that has not the sizing information, need to improve logging to user. Documentation still needs to be revised.

Update C code for new json file.

OpenStudio integration

Made progress on MVP. Can add RTU for each zone. Next step would be multi-zone system.

Modelon

No discussion.

Modelica Buildings Library

Backlog on fixing various issue.

PNNL priority is zone side templates.

PNNL has milestones for end of FY to implement heat pump water heater, mostly using existing classes. Karthik works on finishing it for the PR.

ORNL latent wheel: This will be update after the thermal wheel is done due to dependencies:

Finish DX dehumidifier https://github.com/lbl-srg/modelica-buildings/pull/3475

Finish direct evaporative cooler https://github.com/lbl-srg/modelica-buildings/pull/3755

Finish air filter, PR to master is https://github.com/lbl-srg/modelica-buildings/pull/3676 (air filter) Jianjun to let Sen know if anything needs to be changed.

Currently Sen is working on template for DOAS. Depends on air filter and dx dehumidifier.
