AOP alignment

LBNL: 4/30/25, Modelica Buildings Library ready for first OpenStudio workflow from Spawn that includes an auto-sized HVAC system.

Sizing

Draft specification at https://lbl-srg.github.io/soep/softwareArchitecture.html.

Pending: If Modelica askes for sizing of a zone that has not the sizing information, need to improve logging to user. Documentation still needs to be revised.

Dave: Boolean about sizing is now moved from buildings to zone level. Sizing can be toogled zone by zone, and zone associated to a system. Kyle to point Dave to sizing options and then Dave to write selected option to JSON.

Autosizing requires zones to be assigned to a system. System has the flag to autosize or not. If a zone is not assigned to a system, it is not autosized.

OpenStudio integration

No discussion.

Modelica Buildings Library

Backlog on fixing various issue.

PNNL priority is zone side templates.

PNNL has milestones for end of FY to implement heat pump water heater, mostly using existing classes. PNNL to make verification of heat pump water heater.

ORNL latent wheel: This will be update after the thermal wheel is done due to dependencies:

First Jianjun to finish DX dehumidifier https://github.com/lbl-srg/modelica-buildings/pull/3475

Finish air filter, PR to master is https://github.com/lbl-srg/modelica-buildings/pull/3676 (air filter)

Currently Sen is working on template for DOAS.
