AOP alignment

LBNL: By 3/31/24, spec and proof of concept for semantic model to CDL export via templates.
LBNL: By 3/30/24, released Modelica Buildings Library with templates for heat pump plants.
LBNL: By 6/30/24, released Modelica Buildings Library that gets autosizing data from EnergyPlus.
NREL: By 6/28/24, published release that includes auto-sizing.
LBNL: By 9/30/24, demonstrated OpenStudio workflow from Spawn.

Stuart working on setting up benchmarking.

Modelica Buildings Library

Backlog on fixing various issue.

PNNL has milestones for end of FY for heat pump water heater.

ORNL has dehumidifier as deliverable end of this month. Sen to send slides.

EnergyPlus-Modelica coupling

Update to EnergyPlus 24.1.0, after 10.0.0 release and fixes of some spawn issues below.

Michael blocked March 26 to prepare release 9.x and 10.x (backward compatible changes). Target for backward compatible E+ changes is Wed 3/13, Michael to test 3/14.

Kyle to work on the Spawn issues.

Negative start time, start day of the week, and initialization for non-zero start time are handled as one fix as they are somewhat related.

What if startTime is changed programmatically? EnergyPlus start time corresponds to Jan 1, e.g., Modelica time 0. For users, RunPeriod user entries of original idf file are ignored.
