Michael to check with Amir if "Posted specification for coupling Modelica CFD with E+ envelope." (and CFD implementation) can be removed to make room for other work such as workflows and semantic interoperability. -- Amir is fine with this.

Code freeze August 31, 2023.
For end of FY23, release Spawn with only interaction being to actuators, schedules, output variables, and keep EnergyPlus HVAC system. For FY24, consider adding sizing information and send back to Modelica as parameters.
Karthik works on templates and will reach out to Antoine for zonal HVAC system.
Sen works with Jianjun on finishing auto-tuning, and works on heat recovery wheel.
Update to EnergyPlus 23.1.0, after 10.0.0 release and fixes of some spawn issues below.
