Three papers in preparation for Modelica conference (with IBPSA MWG).

For end of FY23, release Spawn with only interaction being to actuators, schedules, output variables, and keep EnergyPlus HVAC system. For FY24, consider adding sizing information and send back to Modelica as parameters.
