Works on OpenModelica and Optimica integration.

Modelica Buildings Library

Buildings Library 9.1 release (with G36 sequence), freeze date Nov. 30. Work focuses on testing and revising other models not related to EnergyPlus coupling.

For end of FY23, release Spawn with only interaction being to actuators, schedules, output variables, and keep EnergyPlus HVAC system. For FY24, consider adding sizing information and send back to Modelica as parameters.

Update to EnergyPlus 22.2.0
