Set up about 7 benchmark problems. Would be good to set it up so it can be run with the minimum viable product.

Need plan to develop schema driven editor and who works on implementation.

Changes to make QSS efficient are shared with Modelon, design doc have been agreed with Modelon. Modelon is now scoping the work that is needed for JModelica integration. This will be input into next scope of work.

LBL to start benchmark suite that can be used for profiling.
