Refactoring room air balance

Edwin is not on the call.

Michael reported speed-up if radiation network is time sampled provided that there is other time sampling in the model.

Heat conduction implementation

Edwin not on the call.

OS front-end to Modelica

On hold.

FMI-QSS

Specification have further been refined. One more item needs to be clarified for Modelon to start implementation of FMU-QSS export.

Simple FMUs can already be run with the QSS solver, but the above changes are needed for efficiency.

General

Buildings library release, in next few weeks.
