Welcome to the Light Microscopy CONTROL wiki!

This package consists of a suite of commands for processing and visualizing single-cell light microscopy images.

The commands available in this package are:

• lmcontrol crop - Crop light microscopy images to bounding box around single cell.
• lmcontrol prep-viz - Prepare package for running interactive visualizer. See emb-viz command for more details.
• lmcontrol emb-viz - Launch interactive visualizer for exploring segmented and cropped images.

Additionally, this package provides various functions that can be used within any Python code or Jupyter Notebook.
