Tech Lead

What You'll Do

Work closely with Domain Architects and engineering managers to understand overarching business objectives, achieve the groups OKRs and KPIs for each and every quarter.
Recognize, validate and evangelize emerging technologies and architectures that align with business objectives.
Close partnership with Product Managers to understand business needs and clarify requirements before and throughout implementation.
Active code contribution to the implementation of solutions.
Leading implementation design of key initiatives that benefit our customers and the business.
Defining code review guidelines and development processes addressing technical debt, maintaining and curating codebases, etc.
Ensuring proper unit and automated tests delivered before feature goes live.
Coach/mentor technical leads/engineers on design principles.

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Demonstrable ability to learn new technologies and process practices.
10+ years experience in software development or a related field
Experience mentoring and developing software engineers
Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and explain technical issues to a non-technical audience
Experience working on a large object-oriented code base.
