GWideCodeML is a Python package for testing evolutionary hypotheses using codeml from the PAML package (version 4.9) (http://abacus.gene.ucl.ac.uk/software/paml.html). This pipeline takes as input a set of aligned orthologous coding sequences and a phylogenetic tree in NEWICK format.
