Currently using docker4sitl container as works with console and map via MavProxy.

Requires output add tcpin:0.0.0.0:5761 to connect to TOAST.

For Mac we need scout, install with brew install socat.

Run with ./startSITLSimulator_MACOSX.sh copter --console --map.
