KPIs

• Cycle time should be deployable on a similar timescale as consumers and shouldn't hinder the deployment of new consumer features.
• Bugs per release as we keep an eye on 3rd party contributions.
• Churn measuring churn for efficiency of contributions.
• User satisfaction score measures how effectively is the library meeting users' needs.
