To download a compiled version of the latest commit:

EASY: Page that links a direct download of the latest commit

1. Click the green checkmark on GitHub
2. Click "Details" in the popup
3. Click "View more details on Azure Pipelines"
4. Click the "Published" button under Artifacts
5. Click the Download button at the far right.
