Types of roles and how they are stored

Community level roles

Stored in the community in a file with the following name format: ::network

Apex level roles

These are top level role assignments for the application in the community. The role is stored in the :roles file. These apex level roles are identified by the tag "type": "applicationRoles",

Profile level roles
