Migration of participants from V1

Load the participants to be migrated into the table "import_participant_epwp"

(participantNew.xml is created for config settings of this file)

Update Service - oxygen:/eXist-db%20staging.kwantu.net$eXist-db%20staging.kwantu.net/db/kwantu-resource/importAPICollection/EPWPParticipants/participantUpdate.xq oxygen:/eXist-db%20staging.kwantu.net$eXist-db%20staging.kwantu.net/db/kwantu-resource/importAPICollection/EPWPParticipants/participantUpdate.xml

(participantUpdate.xml is created for config settings of this file)

Both the services are using the same table "import_participant_epwp"

New service is using source = "Master" Update service is using source = "Update"

Once the process is complete it updates the table with responseMessage.
