Scrum development team - kubapeter/portfolio Wiki
In scrum the development team consists of the developers on a scrum team. The size of the team is small ideally between 3 and 9 people.
- the team must be self-organizing: no one outside the development team, not even the scrum master or product owner, tells them how to turn the backlog of requirements for a [sprint]] into developer [tasks to produce an increment of working software
- there are no special sub-teams, each member generally takes on mixed tasks (e. g. doing both coding and testing).
- the team must be self-contained: consisting of everyone and everything needed to complete the product
- accountability rests with the entire team
