Apricot Vanilla Mead
INGREDIENTS
- 1 gallon of water
- 3 pounds honey (some local)
- 1/2 pounds Dried Apricots quartered
- 1 tsp Vanilla Concentrate
- 1/4 tsp yeast nutrient
- 1 tsp Beard Yeast
SPECIFICATIONS
- Original Gravity: 1.106
- Final Gravity: 1.026
- ABV: ~10.5 %
