Apricot Vanilla Mead

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 gallon of water
  • 3 pounds honey (some local)
  • 1/2 pounds Dried Apricots quartered
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Concentrate
  • 1/4 tsp yeast nutrient
  • 1 tsp Beard Yeast

SPECIFICATIONS

  • Original Gravity: 1.106
  • Final Gravity: 1.026
  • ABV: ~10.5 %
