come up with list of commands make sure validation works then hook it up to wsgi with urllib

list of commands

1. dino gives you a list of all commands/functions available. It's like "help"

2. dino upload this uploads files from the client/user to the web page

3. dino update this updates the user's directory with additional files recently added to the web page

4. dino prompt or something that authenticates client's username and password
