EXD - define a direct page label external to the current REL module.

label EXD
      EXD label [, label]*

This is the same as EXT but declares the externals in the operand as direct page externals, and the assembler will generate direct page code for these labels. Presumably the corresponding entry labels will be direct page and defined with equates or dummy sections. If the entry is NOT a direct page, then an error will be produced by the linker.
