What is absolutely crucial for the "Alpha" release? What would users benefit from right away? What can we deliver that can get in to the hands of users for feedback as quickly as possible?

• Feature: Video conferencing capability. Able to video call out and receive video calls.
• Feature: Front-end. Basic user interface for dialing and receiving calls. Ability to adjust camera and volume.
• Feature: Translation for one language to a second language. Probably English and Spanish, we want to prove out that this will work with the most "popular" languages to translate between.
