Real, confirmed behavior

(this, arg2): calls MWOutputDPUEncoder_Internal_initializeCRCTable(arg2) — a real, previously-uncatalogued media/output-encoder CRC-table initializer — then calls __vn__19CfcTypeMapScaleInfoUi (operator new[] for a real CfcTypeMapScaleInfo object, constructed at this+0xf58 with a masked copy of arg2 as its own argument).

A short, real constructor-style helper: initializes a CRC table for a media output encoder and constructs a map-scale-info object in the same breath — plausibly part of setting up a combined media-playback/map-scale display context.
