This wiki includes documentation on all Fiji macros developed for our working group "Infection & Immunity" at the Department of Infectious Diseases & Tropical Medicine at the University of Munich.

The macros themselves are all included in the StartupMacros file. Simply replace the original StartupMacros file, which is located either in your fiji.app(Windows) or inside the fiji package(MacOs) depending on your operating system. After restarting fiji, icons for every macro appear in the toolbar.
