Discreet mode enables you to manage your crypto assets in Ledger Live while keeping sensitive account details, such as your account balance or value, confidential. When discreet mode is activated, your total balances and transaction amounts are concealed, replaced with asterisks/stars (***) such as $*** or *** €, and shielded from prying eyes.

How to activate discreet mode on desktop / How to activate discreet mode on mobile

1. Open Ledger Live.
2. Click the eye icon **  in the top right corner of the screen.

Discreet mode has been successfully activated. Your balance totals and transaction amounts will now be displayed as stars/asterisks, for example, $***, *** € ,or £***.

To return to the normal view, click the eye icon once again.
