The schedule of my project is prepared in Toms Planner, an open source Gantt chart software that allows you to create, collaborate and share Gantt Charts online. The planned dates are updated weekly in terms of the actual dates of each activity and implemented to the schedule to illustrate how the project is progressing.

With the help of the Gantt chart, the end user can view individual tasks where duration, remaining duration and sequencing of these tasks are shown. It also shows the overall timeline of the project and the expected completion.``
