Step 1

• Select server where you want to play. (Current d2gs and manager works only with Diablo2 1.13d)

Step 2

NOTE: if you have IP address you can skip this step

• press WindowsKey + R.
• type cmd to start command prompt.
• type ping serveraddress

Step 3

• Go to c:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\ and open in your favourite text editor hosts file. (You must run editor as Administrator)
• Choose realm what you dont use (for example Asia)
• Add this line at end 193.188.140.73 asia.battle.net and save your file.

Step 4

Now in your profile select Asia realm to play on your favourite private server.

If you want disable that, just remove or comment line (#) in hosts file
