Runaway Pheromones is a challenge added into Pudding & Wakaba mod. The Player character is Richer, and must defeat Delirium.. In this challenge, all enemies' projectiles acts as Dogma's projectiles. When these projectiles land, they create thin, harmless rays that point towards Isaac and become damaging lasers after a few seconds. Also, all enemies are pink champions, Periodically shoots short-ranged blood shots, similar to Gushers. Completing challenge unlocks Richer's Necklace.
