R3 transition: actual registration red 01
The serial source-only command admitted by C-086 ran at clean trust-only 7ff16db56adf519d37096e6460ab9508a6ebed05 and exited 1 with confirmed stop. Eight methods: all six literal positives passed; exactly the two named mechanism controls failed. The published mechanism still had 180/7200 instead of the prospective 170/7210 allocation, and it accepted five old fitting S1 samples without the required real transition sample (ValueError not raised). No import/setup errors or skips were reported.
The registration retains exact 7200 second offered exposure, all cohort edges, total outer 7500 seconds and unchanged helpers/oracles/runtime. Prospective exposure adds only 10 measured transition seconds, requiring its actual S1 maximum ≤8 seconds and setup ≤136 seconds before 25% margin. These literal checks neither measure native S1 nor admit smoke/FULL. The old 5460 default remains a separate runtime gap.
The resource service recorded memory peak 23,482,368 bytes, no OOM and no swap. Launcher temporary scratch was removed and is absent; the outer failure evidence directory is retained, currently empty because this pure integer source cell created no fixture files. Its committed deterministic controls, raw log and resource receipt preserve the failure without reconstructing data. Source remained clean. Production correction may now follow in its own commit.
