Same-code native fixture constructor exact re-pin 01
Prospective; native transformation NOT RUN. Replaces only the prospective command pins in the older constructor proposal, without replacing any historical result. C-068 requests the exact harness, three source blobs and native tool pins before delta review.
Harness 902b1ecbc0d4baaa554659b8c4083d7db0e03554 is clean, PR65 Ready. Its source process controls (5), packaging/payload controls (22), documentation checker, 55 documentation tests and 10 hook controls exited 0 with confirmed stop; see source results. Native dpkg controls exited 0/stopped, with native comparison returns 0/1; see tool results.

The private dpkg wrapper remains exactly the C-072 admitted version, with no privileged installation. This invocation uses only version comparison, plus the existing dpkg-deb extraction/repack; RPM tools query/repack the unchanged executable payload. No Cargo or dependency download is invoked.
Exact admitted scope requested
One serial native constructor cell under the default enforced cgroup: 16 GiB high / 20 GiB maximum / no swap / 1800 s outer deadline, full 1 GiB reserve and fresh strict DATA census. Inner builders retain their 300-second logged process-group deadline. Unique output directory is absent. Resource driver prepends the pinned private tool directory to PATH and the launcher forwards PATH.
Original package bytes total 15,418,849; regular payload is 37,331,814 bytes. Two extracted payload trees plus RPM build staging/output, records and compression scratch are reserved within the full 1 GiB envelope. The driver enforces the 95 GB admission and live census threshold; no cold Rust compile is admitted by this plan. Successful owned staging is removed; failures, interrupts, logs and actual surviving staging remain preserved.

After the cell, read #59, inspect actual exit/stopped receipts and the fixture-receipt state, full native package hashes, every regular payload identity, unchanged Debian tar/control metadata except Version, RPM raw script/interpreter/flags and stable dependency/file identities, native older comparisons, unchanged embedded provenance, unchanged input/tool hashes and clean harness. Record actual storage/RAM/cleanup observations in wiki. Any failure stops this lane for a concrete report; no silent rerun or oracle change.
These outputs are same-implementation lower-metadata fixtures for a prospective native upgrade check. They do not establish historical migration or finish the owner/browser/VM acceptance.
