Evidence and publication

This wiki is the canonical home for research, experiment reports and observations. The code repository owns the product contract, operator instructions, current state, architecture, ADRs, registered protocols, formal specifications and executable verification inputs.

Each report identifies its hypothesis, workload, seed, baseline, revision or working-tree snapshot, commands, environment, metric definitions, results, limitations and decision impact. Resource limits and cleanup outcomes belong in the record. A failed or stopped attempt is retained as such.

Historical reports preserve the revision they measured. Publication here does not repeat a test or qualify a newer implementation. A research model is a hypothesis until compared with measurements under a registered procedure.

Report measurements belong here; raw evidence belongs in controlled archives. Do not upload credentials, private telemetry, source fixtures, compiled binaries or entire run directories to the wiki. Archive locations and hashes establish provenance but do not make private evidence publicly downloadable. Local evidence references in migrated reports are labeled explicitly.

The migration inventory records original report hashes and published page hashes. Link destinations and publication wrappers can change during migration; the original text is preserved in a separate data-drive archive. An original report hash describes the document, not a hash of all code used by its experiments. Source-code links pinned to a repository commit provide navigation; only the revision recorded by a run establishes what was actually measured.

Registered procedures and machine-consumed documentation remain in the repository. Historical wiki snapshots of such mixed records are labeled as snapshots and link to the repository source when available. New reports have one editable home here; repository compatibility pointers contain no second editable report body.

When citing evidence for a release, pin the wiki commit and candidate artifact identity. A mutable wiki page alone is not an executable acceptance receipt.
