Evaluating a Codebase

1. Check the last commit date
2. Read the documentation: README, installation, contributing, etc.
3. Read through the comments on the pull requests and pick a project where people treat each other with respect
4. Find the community: Slack, an IRC, an email list?
5. Choose an issue and announce it!
