In addition to the migration resources described on the KeeFox website, you can also migrate stored Firefox passwords directly to a KeePass2 database:

1. Password Exporter is a Firefox extension -- it allows you to export saved passwords to XML or CSV files.

2. Export your stored passwords as a CSV and then in KeePass2, you can use File > Import ... > General > Generic CSV Importer to import a CSV directly into your KeePass2 database.
