Review of the Current Plan:
The team leader started the meeting by providing an overview of the current project plan. Any questions or concerns were addressed, and issues were clarified to ensure everyone was on the same page. Discussion on Sprint 1 Requirements:
The team collectively went over the specific requirements for Sprint 1. This discussion aimed to ensure a clear understanding of what needs to be accomplished during the first sprint. Explanation of User Stories by Roberto:
