The Sprawl

A rapidly growing, prosperous city inland from the Shimizu Mega-City Pyramid ruins. Give it 50 years and it'll rival Koto City in population, though not in wealth. Lots of investment: it's rare on NeoTokyo to be able to get in on the ground floor of a new urban development, and nearly all of the capital that went into rebuilding after the Breen attack went to The Sprawl, given its central location and ready connections to Baikonur, farm country, and the Outback.

Ripe for a rebranding, but investors can't agree on a name.

The core and "capital" is Little Saigon, which began as a fishing village in the founding generation. Now a substantial port town and rail hub.

The Sprawl is home to the relocated Shimizu University.
