Dekyan Zhukov

Until this year, a very ambitious junior executive running BADI's armored vehicle subsidiary, and chafing under his limitations.

While BADI encouraged all sorts of dirty dealing, they did not encourage getting caught. A couple years ago Zhukov came entirely too close for the Board's comfort, when an investigative reporter started digging into his operations. He lost a Senior VP slot he thought he'd had in the bag, but the CEO said that he'd be going nowhere until he showed some subtlety and discretion.

That hasn't happened yet, but since his former CEO got gakked, well, that's not his problem anymore.

With the arrest and/or murder of the entire BADI executive suite and board of directors, Zhukov believes his time has come. He's spun off the vehicle subsidiary and is aggressively seeking acquisitions. The Continuing Committee may be abolished for now, but its time will come again, and when it does, he's going to be first among equals.

Seems to have rather more personal wealth than his former corporate position would indicate.
