Son of Saint Boris IV, best known for forcibly converting his people to the Church of the Outer Gods shortly before his apparently holy demise.

Genial, loves his eldest surviving son, his hunting horses, and his borzois, definitely not in that order.

Rumored to be under the control of Grand Duchess Martine, via drugs, implants, sorcery, or various combinations thereof.

Just come of "marriageable age." Not in the line of succession.

Grand Duchess Martine

Not content to be cosplay-royalty. She has Plans.

Rumored (very, very quietly) to be in her hundred-teens, despite a rumored (very, very loudly) taste for teen boys in cadet uniforms. At least she leaves the altar boys alone: apparently she has a deep squick for tentacle-sucker scars.

Not generally discussed that she was the sister of Tsar Dmitry III, grandfather of the (not very young himself by local standards) current Tsar Aleksandr IX.

Duchess Kira Kirilovna

Lady-in-waiting to Princess Yekaterina. They are generally regarded as inseparable, despite Some Concerns In Certain Quarters that she might be a bad influence.

Youngest of many daughters of the Grand Duchess. The pretense that she was of bodily issue is maintained, though flatly impossible.

Regarded by the Okhrana as "the third most dangerous person in Port Romanov," after her mother and the Crown Prince. Some smart money posts her at #2 and climbing.

Fifteen years old, not particularly looking forward to her coming-out ball next year. Perhaps related, tends to favor men's formalwear at most occasions.
