Aliens

Betazoids

Do-gooder social workers and counselors. Some CEOs and Board members employ Betazoid aides as lie detectors.

Ferengi

Currently the - imperial overlords? franchise owners? - of NeoTokyo, which recently acquired the planet for the Ferengi Alliance in some sort of internal hostile takeover.

There's plenty of long-time residents outside the alien enclave on Odaiba Island: small-timers basking in a business environment that makes Ferenginar look like the Federation.

Gorn

The Gorn fucking love NeoTokyo. Nobody’s sure why. Tour buses are a common sight in the glitzier parts of Koto City, and there’s whole beaches reserved for them, off tourist hotels. There are Gorn permanent residents too, notably the members of the Happy Aura Fan Club (Gorn).

Until recently, they had a monopoly on delivery of fresh fish to Odaiba Island: the Gorn stay out of politics, so the Federation trusted them when they never would human locals.

Klingons

Shore leave on a planet full of heavily armed Humans, and the Federation doesn’t care if you fight them? PARTY TIME! Also, they dig a lot of the music. And the Outback Dropbears Because Fuck Alliteration and Fuck You Too (TM, all rights reserved) Rollerball games pack 'em in.

Tourism eventually recovered from the 2365 outbreak of Klingon Blood Fleas, which somehow were never encountered again.

Orions

There are ultra-high-end nightclubs run by Orions, and some at resorts catering to CEOs. They are, of course, spies for the Syndicate, and/or Syndicate Fixers.

Trill and Denobulans

A fair number in, and dealing with, biotech and biomedical firms in particular.

Vulcans

Quite a few in Netwatch, who’ve been here for generations. Generally believed to be spying for the Federation. Lots of people with a bit of Vulcan ancestry around, however.
