Divi allows you to create different layout for Desktop/Tablet/Mobile screens. The main idea is that you just can build another modules/layouts only for mobile screens for example, so you can hide it on desktop and show on small screens. In case you just need some small changes, for example you just need to reduce the text size or title size on small screens you can look for the divi responsive options. To activate the responsive options you just need to click the mobile icon under the options:

You'll see three tabs then: Desktop/Tablet/Mobile:

Now you can define different values for different devices to get more optimized result.
