  1. On Launchpad , some Apps are showing in Error status

image The debug shows some SICF services are not active, activated those services, but still it shows erorrs image

With this Dev URL (I assume this is still the correct URL): it’s looking like we are going to have some issues accessing it with our Dev VPN Tunnel. I assume it’s probably that 8146 port number that is getting blocked by a firewall somewhere between our VPN servers on your Dev server. It will likely need a firewall request to get approved and implemented before it can work. If you know the QA URL that would be useful to check as well (especially if it also runs on a non-standard port). I assume your Prod URL will run on HTTPS/port 443, correct?

Assuming this is the issue, it will take some time and dependencies on other teams to get resolved, so it would be good to start looking at that sooner than later.
