Pasta Tubetti
- 300g onion, diced
- 50g mushrooms, sliced
- 20g garlic, minced
- 25g water
- 35g olive oil
- 5cm rosemary sprig
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 100g carrots, diced
- 700g roma tomatoes, chopped
- 30g tomato paste
- 300g boiling water
- 25g soup concentrate (Better than Bouillon Sautéed Onion)
- 171g Impossible Burger, browned and crumbled
- 240g Tubetti (Rummo Tubetti Rigati No72)
Instapot Duo Crisp Sautée Hi
Sautée covered till onions are transparent (5-10m):
- 300g onion, diced
- 50g mushrooms, sliced
- 25g water
- 35g olive oil
Sautée covered 5m:
- 20g garlic, minced
- 50g celery, diced
- 100g carrots, diced
Add and continue cooking 5m:
- 700g roma tomatoes, chopped
Instapot Duo Crisp Sautée Lo
Stir in thoroughly and cook covered 5m:
- 30g tomato paste
- 300g boiling water
- 25g soup concentrate (Better than Bouillon Sautéed Onion)
If desired, immersion blend have the sofritto for sauce.
Stir in thoroughly and cook covered 12m or almost al dente:
- 171g Impossible Burger, browned and crumbled
- 240g Tubetti (Rummo Tubetti Rigati No72)
Serve with or without grated cheese.
