The custom Forbidden/Limited list is based on the official TCG's September 2023 F/L list.

Several changes were made to the list in order to reach a more friendly environment, where old and new decks can compete without a huge power difference.

Cards that had their limitations lifted

Monster/Effect	Lunalight Tiger	Limited	Unlimited	There aren't enough generic Rank 4s available in this format to justify playing Tiger as an engine, releasing it will mostly only buff Lunalights.
Monster/Effect	Orcust Harp Horror	Forbidden	Limited	By banning Orcustrated Babel, Orcust monsters become less threatening during the opponent's turn, with their only interruptions being from Traps and the few generic Links.
Monster/Effect	Ronintoadin	Forbidden	Unlimited	Ronin was only banned to nerf Spright and to release Substitoad. Spright is already decently hit, so this banning is no longer necessary.
