This board is made by a no-nonsense keyboard company that specializes in industrial settings and public interface kiosks. I believe it's one of the models they made for use in police cars, ambulances, etc circa 2008. It's backlit with red LEDs and has Cherry MX black switches. The case had some strong sun haze similar to what's seen on automotive trim pieces. I gave some trim restorer a shot and had surprisingly good results.
