I picked up a couple M0110As, one in rough-ish shape with Alps SKCC switches and one that was nearly new with Mitsumi switches.

The Mitsumi switches were overall disappointing for some reason. They really just feel like a worse version of SKCCs with more rattle, wobble, etc. I decided to take the best of both and swap the guts from the SKCC board into the nearly-new Mitsumi board.

The M0110A has most of the same limitations as the M0110 so I went with a community designed NKRO USB PCB.
