samples.yml

This file contains a list of samples, according to their assigned unique id. Each is given a sampleName (displayed in the list of samples), created (time), size (in bytes) and numEvents.

Consistency check:

TODO: Walk this yml, verify that ../default/samples/${ID}.json exists, that its size and numEvents is correct

Ideally, there would also be a check that the sample is properly anonymized, etc.
