Most clients have NO IDEA what they want (when it comes to a website)
Bring website examples of similar businesses
Most clients will want to put a lot of information on the site -- they think everything is important. When everything is important, nothing is important. Encourage client to follow rule of less = more
Find a way for the client to INVEST in the project; client needs to feel that they have some skin in the game
Have client designate ONE PERSON responsible for decisions
