Upon making a new DXVK-NVAPI release, make sure that:

• NVAPI header version is set correctly in https://github.com/jp7677/dxvk-nvapi/blob/master/version.h.in#L3
• Meson project version is bumped to the upcoming release version in https://github.com/jp7677/dxvk-nvapi/blob/master/meson.build#L7 and https://github.com/jp7677/dxvk-nvapi/blob/master/layer/meson.build#L5
