US1 Pet Registration

As a user, I want register my pet so that I can get a pet records

Acceptance Criteria

The pet record must contain:

• Pet name
• Birthdate
• Type (Cat, Dog, Bird, Roedent, Spider, Snake)
• Breed (It should be catalog by type)
• If it's dewormed
• If it's sterilized
• It it's vaccinated
• Pet's image

Besides:

• Pet needs an unique id
