A simple plugin that makes select TM/HM moves universally learnable without adding them to the Pokemon's tutor moves list. Download Link.

Modifies:

• class Pokemon
  • def compatible_with_move?(move_id)
    
    

• Copy the contents of the .rar to \Plugins. You should now have a folder called \Plugins[JDA]Universal TM-HM\
• Add "Universal" to the flags of any moves you want to make universal - e.g. Flags = CanProtect,Universal
