This wiki is your guide to how we work in the lab — what tools we use, how we collaborate, and how to get up and running.

It consists of three parts:

• Orientation – An introduction to the lab intended to be read from front-to-back.
• Lab Manual – A reference for tools, workflows, and best practices. Reference it as needed when working on tasks.
• Appendices – Additional resources, links, and documentation.
