Backend wishlist

• add mixdepth to address response
• update multiple config props in one request
• fetch multiple config props in one request
• fee estimation via api
• information about running taker via api (e.g. Jam stores info about last payment attempt in session storage, which is brittle)
• ability to set the following config params when creating/importing a wallet (unauthorized requests)

• in joinmarket-clientserver fidelity bonds outputs are always 'frozen' and must be manually unfrozen by the user (which Jam disallows)

• should zero-fee makers should be encouraged via UI?
• should unbonded makers have zero-fee requirement for offers?
